I am a venue provider, how do I join Ellyot?

Join Ellyot and list your venue by clicking here. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. and a member of our team will be in touch with you.

Please include as much information as possible about your venue such as location, description, operating hours, amenities and website.

I am user, how do I book?

Select the location, date and time you require for your workspace and click search. Available spaces will be recommended for you to discover new favourites.

Once you decide on a venue, click ‘Book now’.

A popup will appear with your ‘Booking Summary’ details.

If these details are all correct, please proceed to click ‘Confirm booking’.

You will receive a confirmation email of the booking in your inbox.

How do I recognise an Ellyot space?

In every venue on our platform you will find dedicated Ellyot desks. These desks will be sign posted with the Ellyot logo.

Should you have trouble finding it upon arrival, please provide your Booking Reference code or full name to a member of staff at the venue for them to show you to your seat.

How do I cancel a booking?

Click on your username on the upper right corner and select ‘Booking History’ from the menu.

You will see that your bookings are divided into future and past bookings. Click on the future booking you wish to cancel and select ‘Cancel booking’.

You will then receive a confirmation email reflecting your cancellation.

Please note: Bookings can only be fully refunded if you cancel seven days prior to the start date of your booking.

Can I change a booking?

If you would like to add time to your booking you can do so by booking those additional hours in a new booking. This is dependent on the availability of the selected venue.

If you would like to shorten your booking time, the cancellation rules apply. You are able to cancel and rebook with a full refund seven days prior to the start date of your booking.

What does a booking include?

All bookings include a guaranteed space with table, seat, WIFI and power plug.

Extra amenities may also be provided, dependent on each venue. You can find the list of amenities displayed on the corresponding venue details.

What is the pricing plan for Ellyot?

Users enjoy a pay-as-you-go, hourly flat rate for the utmost flexibility.

Ellyot offers a variety of venues that come at different price levels.

Free: Mainly cafes that offer the basic level of amenities that include a table, seat, WIFI and power plug.

£3 per hour: Mainly co-working spaces that offer the basic level of amenities, plus some additional treats. Please check the corresponding venue details.

£5 per hour: These are a wide variety of unique spaces that offer the basic level of amenities, plus some additional treats. Please check the corresponding venue details.

How do I pay for a booking?

You can pay with both debit and credit cards (VISA and MasterCard).

Please rest assured your card details are completely secure. Our payment provider Stripe applies the most stringent levels of security. If you want to find out more click here.

Are the prices including VAT?

Yes, all the prices are including VAT.
